This License Agreement applies to software, plugins, add-ons, digital tools, and other software products sold or distributed by EZHR ONLINE, unless a specific product provides a separate license agreement.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a software product from EZHR ONLINE, you receive a limited license to use the product according to the purchased plan or license.

The license is:

  • Non-exclusive.

  • Non-resalable.
  • Non-transferable unless expressly permitted.
  • Not a transfer of intellectual property ownership.

2. Ownership

All intellectual property rights relating to the product, including:

  • Design.
  • Features.
  • User interface.
  • Trademarks.
  • Documentation.
  • Files.
  • Databases.
  • Tools.
  • Software components.

remain the property of EZHR ONLINE or its licensors.

Purchasing the product grants a right of use only within the applicable license scope.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the product within the limits specified on the product page or selected license plan.

License limitations may include:

  • Number of websites.
  • Number of users.
  • License duration.
  • Type of permitted use.
  • Updates.
  • Technical support.

4. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written authorization, you may not:

  • Resell the product.
  • Redistribute the product.
  • Share paid product files.
  • Upload the product to public download platforms.
  • Include the product in a competing product.
  • Copy the product for redistribution.
  • Remove copyright or ownership notices.
  • Circumvent licensing systems.
  • Circumvent activation systems.
  • Attempt to extract license keys.
  • Use the product in a way that harms the service or infrastructure.
  • Create a competing product using protected product code or components.

5. Activation and Licensing

Some products may use license keys or activation systems.

Licenses may be associated with technical information required to verify license validity.

You may not:

  • Forge licenses.
  • Share activation keys.
  • Circumvent verification.
  • Disable protection mechanisms.
  • Generate unauthorized replacement keys.

6. Updates

Where updates are included, they will be provided according to the purchased plan or license.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee updates indefinitely.

Future updates may require an active subscription or renewed license.

7. Technical Support

Where technical support is included, it will be provided according to the period and support channels specified on the product page.

Technical support does not necessarily include:

  • Development of new features.
  • Custom coding.
  • Troubleshooting unsupported environments.
  • Problems caused by customer modifications.
  • Support for unrelated third-party products or services.

8. Code Modifications

Customers may modify the product where permitted by the applicable license.

However, EZHR ONLINE does not guarantee continued support or compatibility after unsupported modifications are made.

Modifying core product files may interfere with updates or product functionality.

9. Third-Party Services

Some products may depend on:

  • APIs.
  • WordPress.
  • WooCommerce.
  • Hosting services.
  • Payment services.
  • Artificial intelligence services.
  • Other third-party services.

We do not guarantee that third-party services or APIs will remain available or unchanged indefinitely.

Changes to third-party APIs, policies, or services may affect certain product features.

10. License Expiration

When a product license expires, certain features may become unavailable, including:

  • Updates.
  • Technical support.
  • Activation.
  • Cloud services.
  • Paid features.

Depending on the product and license structure, the core product may continue to function or certain features may become unavailable.

11. License Termination

EZHR ONLINE may terminate a license if the product is used in material violation of this Agreement.

Following termination, the customer must stop using the product where required by the applicable license.

12. Liability

Software and plugins are provided according to their published specifications and supported environments.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every system, plugin, software product, or third-party service.

We are not responsible for damages resulting from:

  • Unsupported environments.
  • Unsupported modifications.
  • License violations.
  • Third-party service failures.
  • Data loss resulting from failure to maintain appropriate backups.
