EZ Lead Finder is a lead-generation and business research tool that helps users collect publicly available business information from Google Maps and related public web pages.
## 1. Information We Collect
### Free Account Registration
When you register for the Free version, the Extension sends the following information to our license and account server:
– Name
– Email address
– Phone number
– Device identifier
– Extension version
– Chrome version
– A storage-related marker obtained from the Google Maps extension context when available
This information is used to create and manage your Free account, enforce the Free usage limit, prevent abuse and repeated Free registrations, and maintain the status of your account.
### PRO License
When you activate a PRO license, the Extension sends and associates the following information with your license:
– Email address
– License key
– Device identifier
– Product identifier
– Extension version
– Chrome version
This information is used to activate, validate, and manage your PRO license and enforce the device limit associated with your license.
### Device Identifier
EZ Lead Finder generates a device identifier from technical browser and device characteristics, which may include:
– Browser user agent
– Operating platform
– CPU core count
– Device memory
– Screen resolution and color depth
– Time zone
– Available WebGL renderer information
These values are processed into a one-way SHA-256 hash and used as a technical identifier for license and usage-limit enforcement.
The device identifier is not intended to directly identify you by name.
## 2. Business Information Extracted by the Extension
When you explicitly start an extraction, EZ Lead Finder may process publicly available business information from Google Maps and related public web pages, including:
– Business names
– Business categories
– Phone numbers
– WhatsApp information
– Addresses
– Cities and regions
– Business hours
– Ratings and review counts
– Websites
– Public social media profile links
– Publicly available email addresses
The extracted business information is processed by the Extension for lead generation, sales prospecting, marketing research, and business research.
The extracted business results are not uploaded to our license server as part of normal lead extraction. They are stored locally in your browser and may be exported by you to files such as Excel spreadsheets.
## 3. Website and Social Media Search
EZ Lead Finder may visit public business websites and public search/social media pages when you use features such as email lookup or Social Search.
The Extension may read publicly available page content required to identify:
– Business websites
– Public email addresses
– Public social media profiles
– Public profile URLs
This information is used to provide the requested lead-generation functionality.
EZ Lead Finder does not intentionally collect your private messages, passwords, payment card information, or private account content from these websites.
## 4. Information Stored Locally
The Extension may store information locally in your browser, including:
– Account state
– License state
– Device identifiers
– Extension settings
– Language preferences
– Extraction preferences
– Usage information
– Temporary extraction and social-search state
Local storage allows the Extension to preserve your settings and maintain your account and license state between sessions.

EZ Lead Finder interacts with publicly accessible services such as Google Maps, Google Search, and public business or social media websites as part of the features requested by the user.
These services have their own privacy policies and data practices. EZ Lead Finder does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites.
EZ Lead Finder does not sell user data to advertisers or data brokers.
## 7. Data Retention
Account and licensing information may be retained while an account or license is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, security, fraud prevention, and abuse-prevention purposes.
Business data extracted by the Extension is stored locally on the user’s device unless the user chooses to export or otherwise share it.

We do not sell user data.
We do not use user data for advertising purposes.
We only transmit account, licensing, device-identification, and usage information to our service when necessary to provide the Extension’s account, licensing, security, and Free/PRO functionality.
We do not intentionally transmit the user’s extracted business lead database to our server as part of normal extraction.
