Terms & Conditions — EZ Lead Finder

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EZ Lead Finder Chrome extension and related licensing services (“the Service”), operated by Ezhr Online (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

EZ Lead Finder is a Chrome extension that helps you extract, organize, and export publicly visible business information from Google Maps search results that you run yourself, with optional PRO features including social media profile discovery and precise WhatsApp/email verification.

2. Free and PRO tiers

The Free tier is limited to a fixed number of extracted results per account (currently 50), tracked per registered account and device. Attempting to bypass this limit (e.g. by creating multiple accounts on the same device) is a violation of these Terms.
The PRO tier is a paid subscription/license that removes the Free tier limit and unlocks additional features (including Social Search). A PRO license is valid for a limited number of devices as shown at the time of purchase. Using a license beyond its device limit, or sharing a license key publicly, may result in suspension.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the name, email, and phone number you register with, and for keeping your license key confidential. We may suspend an account or license we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to violate any applicable law, or the terms of service of any website you search or extract data from (including Google’s own terms).
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or your license key.
Attempt to circumvent Free tier limits, device limits, or license verification.
Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to contacts extracted through it.

You are solely responsible for how you use the data the Service extracts, including compliance with data protection and marketing laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, or local anti-spam regulations) in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the people you contact.

5. Data accuracy

The Service extracts publicly available information and attempts to verify phone number types and social media accounts automatically. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any extracted data — always use your own judgment before acting on it commercially.

6. Third-party sites

The Service reads publicly visible content from Google Maps, Google Search, and websites/social platforms you choose to search. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, availability, or terms of those third-party sites.

7. Payments and billing

PRO subscriptions/licenses are billed through our website. Prices, billing cycles, and included features are as described on the purchase page at the time of your order. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, as the Service depends on third-party websites we don’t control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezhr Online is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business losses resulting from inaccurate extracted data or third-party site changes that affect functionality.

10. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and, for PRO subscriptions, cancelling your subscription.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
